1. Public Job Data Collection

We crawl publicly accessible company career sites and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workday, etc.) politely and transparently, respecting robots.txt and rate limits. No private or behind-login job portals are scraped.

2. Your Account & Profile Data

When you sign up, we collect only your verified email, chosen username, and password (securely hashed with Argon2id). Any profile information you provide (education, experience, projects, skills, preferences) is used strictly to match you with relevant tech job postings.

3. Where Personal Data Lives

All personal profile and account data is stored securely in our primary PostgreSQL database with TLS encryption at rest and in transit. Personal data never leaves our primary systems and is never stored on auxiliary crawling or worker servers.

4. No Third-Party Tracking or Data Selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking scripts.

5. Account Deletion & Data Rights

You can delete your account at any time from your Account & Security page. Deletion is instantaneous and permanent: it immediately cascades to delete your profile, preferences, credentials, and active sessions.
